Basic Deviled Eggs

hard boiled eggs, peeled
mayonnaise
mustard
sprinkle of sugar
salt and pepper
No specific amounts in this recipe, make as many as you want or
use leftover eggs after dyeing Easter eggs.
Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and mash them
together in a small mixing bowl. Mix in enough mayonnaise to
make a creamy mixture; add a small amount of mustard. Season
mixture with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Spoon mixture into
the egg shells, cool and serve.
