Spinach Souffle

1 (10 oz.) package chopped frozen spinach, thawed & liquid
squeezed out
1/4 pound longhorn cheese, cubed or shredded
1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons margarine
salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients except spinach in large bowl & blend.
Add spinach. Pour into 8 x 8 pan sprayed with Pam. Cover with
foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours. Can be made ahead of
time.
