Mock Tiramisu

3 cups cubed pound cake (I use 1 small Sara Lee Pound Cake,
thawed)
2 envelopes cappuccino mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed.
Cube cake. Blend 1 envelope cappuccino mix with 1/2 cup milk.
Place cubed cake into the bottom of a clear dish such as a
trifle bowl or other glass bowl. Sprinkle the cappuccino mixture
over the cake. Beat cream cheese with mixer and slowly add the
remaining 1 1/2 cups milk, pudding mix and the other cappuccino
mix until smooth. Stir in the whipped topping and then spoon
over the cake. Dust the top lightly with Cocoa powder. Chill
several hours or overnight.
Note: If you cannot find envelopes of cappuccino mix, you can
purchase a small can of cappuccino mix and use 2 teaspoons per
envelope in the recipe.
