Millionaire Pie

“A great company or potluck dessert since it makes 2 pies. Plus
it’s easy!”
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 (20 oz. each) cans crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (20 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
In large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon
juice; mix well. Add well-drained pineapple, whipped topping,
coconut and all but 16 cherry halves. Mix well. Divide mixture
between the 2 prepared crusts. Refrigerate overnight. Just
before serving, decorate each pie slice with a cherry half.
