Fruit & Cheese Kabobs

5 cups your favorite fresh fruits
(pineapple, strawberries, apples, cantaloupe, kiwifruit)
1 (8 oz,) package cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) package Monterey Jack cheese
about 16 (4-inch) wooden picks
Prepare fruit and cheese by cutting into ¾ to 1 inch chunks.
Assemble kabobs by alternating fruit pieces and cheese cubes
onto wooden picks.
Note: If using apple, dip in lemon or pineapple juice so not to
turn brown.
