Spinach Artichoke Dip

“Lots of ways to use this one recipe.”
1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 small can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Completely squeeze liquid out of spinach. In med. size bowl; mix
all ingredients together. Chill.
This mixture can be:
- place in baking dish and heat in the oven.
- microwave to heat and serve warm.
- serve cold with crackers.
- spread on soft taco shell, add toppings then bake or grill.
