Pistachio Cake

“Can be made as a cake or cupcakes.”
Cake:
1 package white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup 7-Up
½ chopped nuts, optional
Frosting:
1 (3 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix
1¼ cups milk
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ cup chopped nuts
Mix all cake ingredients together, beat well. Pour into a
greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let cool. Meanwhile whip together pudding mix and milk, fold in
whipped topping and nuts. Spread frosting on cooled cake.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: Can be made as cupcakes too.
