Beer N Cheese Dip

2 (8 oz. each) packages cream cheese, softened
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
½ cup beer
pretzels
assorted fresh vegetables
In microwavable bowl, heat cream cheese 1-2 minutes to softened.
Add cheddar cheese, dressing mix and beer; stir to mix. Place
the mixture in a slow cooker to heat and keep warm for serving.
Stir well and serve with pretzels and vegetables.
Note: May add more beer or more cheddar cheese if necessary. OR
go ahead and enjoy the rest of the can of beer. |
