Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze liquid out of spinach. In med. size bowl; mix all
ingredients together. Chill.
This mixture can be:
placed in baking dish and heated in the oven,
microwaved to heat,
served cold with crackers,
spread on soft shell, add variety of topping; baked or grilled |
