Cauliflower Parmesan

3 cups frozen cauliflower cuts
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
3-4 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or 1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Heat cauliflower in microwave until heated through. In small
saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk and
margarine. Stir until smooth and heated. Pour over cauliflower.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve warm.
