Morning Shake

“Your family will love this shake while getting ready in the morning or as they go out the door.”

1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
˝ - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until thick and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses to serve.
Note: Add other fruits if desired.
