Create a Cupcake
- Pick a flavor of your favorite cake mix
- Use Regular size or Jumbo cupcake liner papers
- Make Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate or Vanilla Icing
To Decorate Cooled Cupcakes: Fill decorator bag with icing. Hold
Open Star Wilton Decorating Tip 1M (or any large Tip) above
cupcake top at a 90° angle to cupcake surface. Pipe a spiral of
icing, beginning at the outer edge and working inward. Pipe a
second spiral, smaller (not as wide) on top. End spiral at
center. Stop pressure; pull tip straight up and away.

- Chocolate Icing with sprinkle of chopped Heath Bar pieces
- Chocolate Icing with sprinkle of chopped nuts
- Chocolate Icing with drizzle of caramel topping
- Chocolate Icing with spoonful of hot fudge topping in center
- Chocolate Icing with chocolate shavings
- Chocolate Icing with flaked coconut
- Chocolate Icing with mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate Icing with ½ snack-size Snickers candy bar
- Add instant coffee granules to chocolate icing to make
Cappuccino flavor
- White Icing with colorful sprinkles or sugars
- White Icing with flaked coconut
- To White Icing, add about a tablespoon of dried gelatin mix,
any flavor
- To White Icing add peanut butter (top with chopped peanuts)
- To White Icing add caramel topping
- Add softened cream cheese when making icing
- Add lime or lemon juice to replace other liquids when making
icing
- Add any flavor extracts to icing
- Tint White Icing with any color |
