Garlic Bacon Asparagus

4 slices raw bacon, chopped
1 pound fresh asparagus
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
In a sauté pan over medium heat, fry bacon for 2 minutes.
Prepare asparagus by breaking off tough ends. Add asparagus to
pan, along with garlic and parsley; cover and simmer. Stirring
occasionally, for 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Before serving, season with salt and pepper.
