Black Bean Salsa

“My sister’s creation- quick and easy”
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
1 can white corn (I use Green Giant)
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 handful of chopped fresh cilantro, to taste
Salt to taste
Mix together and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or as a
salad topper.
