Taco Dogs in a Blanket

1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuit size)
10 All Beef hot dogs
4 ounces Cheddar cheese slices
1 (1 ¼ oz.) package taco seasoning mix
1 ½ cups crushed tortilla chips
Roll or pat all 10 biscuits into a 7 x 3 ½ inch rectangle; set
aside. Cut each hot dog down the middle lengthwise to create a
slit. Insert a piece of cheese into each one. Place hot dog on
biscuit; sprinkle with seasoning mix. Bring edges together and
press to seal hot dog inside; brush each with water. Roll in
crushed tortilla chips. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven or until nicely brown.
