Simple Salsa

”I like making my own salsa, that way I can control how much of
each ingredient.”
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
dash salt and pepper
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Chill. Serve with
tortilla chips. .
Note: When cutting hot peppers, avoid touching your face.
Disposable gloves are recommended.
