Summer Time No Bake
Cheese Cake

“This is quite light and not too sweet. Great topped with fresh
berries.”
1 (8oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk.
1 graham cracker pie crust
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sour cream, condensed milk
and lemon juice. Blend well. Pour into pie crust. Chill for at
least 3 hours.
