Grilled Caramel Apples

2 large apples, cored and sliced each into 8 wedges
1/4 cup caramel topping
Heat grill. Prepare large double layer of foil with cooking
spray.. Drizzle caramel topping over apple wedges. Wrap foil
securely around apples.Place foil packet, seam sides up, on
grill. Cover grill; cook over medium-low heat 8 to 9 minutes or
until apples are crisp-tender. Open packet carefully to avoid
steam; caramel will be hot. Serve immediately.
NOTE: You can mulitiply this recipe for a larger crowd.
