Low-Cal Chocolate Cake

Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Chocolate Cake mix
1 cup sauerkraut, pureed until smooth
1 cup water
½ cup egg substitute
¼ cup egg whites
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon cupcake batter
into 28 paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake in preheated
350 degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean.
