Breakfast wraps

6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
4 (8 in.) flour tortillas, warmed
In a large skillet, heat oil. Meanwhile in a small bowl, whisk
the eggs, milk and pepper. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet;
cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are cooked. Stir in
cheese and ham. Spoon egg mixture down the center of each
tortilla; roll up tight. Serve immediately or wrap in foil
pieces and keep warm in the low oven.
