Pumpkin Bars (Sugar Free)

“You can serve this at gatherings and no one will even know it
isn’t sinful”
1 1/2 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
4 large eggs
1 large can pumpkin
2 cans (12 oz each) Fat Free Evaporated Milk
Spray 9 X 13 inch pan with Pam cooking spray. Preheat oven to
450 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat eggs in
bowl. Add pumpkin and dry ingredients, mix well. Slowly add
milk. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat in oven to
350degrees, bake for 45 minutes or until center is set.
Note: This recipe was given to me by a Weight Watcher friend. It
tastes like Pumpkin Pie without the crust!
