Sweet Potato Casserole

3 large eggs
5 lbs. sweet potatoes, boil & mashed (canned is fine)
2/3 cup sugar
2/3/ cup butter
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon all spice
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/3 cup butter
Blend together all ingredients except for topping. Place in a
greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine topping ingredients so that it
makes a streusel consistency and sprinkle on top of casserole
mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 60-70
minutes.
