Melting Moments Cookies

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
prepared cream cheese frosting
In bowl combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. In large bowl,
beat butter and vanilla with electic mixer until smooth. Beat in
flour mixture until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place
about 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with
a lightly floured fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until bottom is
light golden brown. Frost with cream cheese frosting and holiday
sprinkles.
