Cookie Dough topped Brownies
“Two favorite things put together, chocolate and cookie dough.”

1 package brownie mix
eggs, water and oil
Topping:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips

Make brownies according to package directions and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Cool. To make topping, beat together all ingredients except chocolate chips until mixture is very creamy. Add chocolate chips. Spoon topping onto cooled brownies and spread. (I use my fingers to press down slightly)
Note: Also there are no eggs in the cookie dough and it is safe to eat unbaked as a topping.
