Sugar Cookie Bars
2 (17.5 oz.) packages sugar cookie mix
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine, softened
2 tablespoons water
Frosting:
Favorite buttercream frosting with almond extract added
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, stir together all the
ingredients. Press in a foil line pan (depends on the thickness
you want – 9 x 13-inch pan or 11x 15-inch jelly roll pan) Bake
until cookie bars are lightly brown. Remove from oven and cool
completely. Frost, cut into square and enjoy. |
