Tim, who won the rail split for his age earlier Saturday, is here with other family members. The family has been coming for about 15 years. His dad, Larry, is a champion rail-splitter also competing in water boil, team rail split, log roll and crosscut. Brother Jason came to compete in team rail split. Mom, Brenda, participated in water boil, wood chop and cross cut.]

[The Hoppin watermelon contest]

[Numerous churches signed up for rocking teams which raised funds for the Crisis Pregnancy Center. A large number of businesses and restaurants from the area supplied food for the event. Nearly $4,500 was raised.]
