LOAN ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Bank of Chestnut is a family-owned $16
million bank located in Logan County. It serves the Logan and DeWitt
County area with traditional bank deposit products and all types of
lending. Currently it is seeking a loan administration officer with
three to five years bank experience to join its staff. This officer
will be responsible for processing consumer and real estate loan
applications, preparing loan documentation, maintaining loan files,
and will provide assistance in managing information technology.
The individual chosen must have the
ability to analyze or organize financial information, knowledge of
lending regulations and loan documentation, detailed knowledge of
computer hardware and software, and skill in establishing and
maintaining effective working relationship with customers. Bank
prefers a degree in a related field. We are an equal employment

Warehouse space for lease:
The Logan County Health Department has approximately
24,725 square feet of warehouse space available for short- or long-term
lease. Possession is available in 30 days or less. The warehouse is
located at 109 Third St., Lincoln, Ill., but the entrance is off Maple
Street, just south of Third Street. The warehouse is equipped with a
sprinkler system and a heating system. Unobstructed height to the ceiling
beams is 17 feet. The concrete floor is in good condition. A set of double
doors at ground level allows entrance into the building for a forklift.
There are five truck docks plus one inside dock for smaller trucks or a
tip-off dumpster inside the building. A parking lot directly west of the
loading docks allows for easy truck and trailer turnaround. There are no
restrooms at the site. There is a telephone connection inside the
