Upon the arrival of officers, both parties involved in the
altercation were located. Cedric Giles, 23, of Dothan, Ala., alleged
Kisha Carson, 41, of Ozark, Ala., fired a handgun at him. Carson
denied Giles' allegations.
A loaded handgun was located in their vehicle, a semitrailer. The
report of a shot being fired could not be substantiated.
Based on the evidence at the scene, Giles was charged with
domestic battery and unlawful use of a weapon. Carson was charged
with domestic battery.
Both subjects were incarcerated at the Logan County Jail.
