LCC Angels vs. Maryville Saints           

[DEC. 6, 2005]  The Lincoln Christian College Angels dropped to 2-5 for the season as they lost 79-43 to Maryville University of St. Louis at the Laughlin Center on Monday evening. LCC held an early lead of 9-5 before the Saints of Maryville, 3-4, ran off 12 unanswered points and were then in command for the rest of the game.

Maryville had 13 players who scored, with Sarah Wemlinger and Carrie Snyder leading the way with 14 and 12.

The Angels were led by Katie Geisler's 14 points, and Jessica Fender's eight rebounds.

The Angels next play at Webster University on Wednesday night before returning for a home game with Maranatha Baptist at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 16.
