swimmer to compete in Indiana

Sam Wood of Lincoln, 13, was recently selected to
represent Team Illinois in the 2006 Mid-States Quadrangular
Championship. The competition is between the four states of
Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky and will take place in
Indianapolis, Ind., on Jan. 7 and 8.
