Miss United States and Miss United States Teen candidates sought    

[FEB. 2, 2005]  FRANKFORT -- Seeking young women between the ages of 15-29... Crown Entertainment Productions presents the Miss Illinois United States Competitions, the official preliminaries to the Miss United States and Miss United States Teen pageants. The Miss Illinois United States and Miss Illinois United States Teen Competitions are now accepting delegates for the 2005 pageant. The Illinois competitions will take place on Memorial Day weekend, May 28 and 29, at the Holiday Inn Chicago-Matteson.

Delegates will compete in interview, evening gown, swimsuit and fashion competitions. No previous pageant or modeling experience is necessary to compete or win. During the pageant weekend, there will also be complimentary workshops for the delegates, covering pageant basics, modeling basics and breaking into the modeling industry.

The organizers say that most of the young ladies in the pageant have no previous pageant experience. The program is structured so that everyone receives the necessary training in rehearsals and workshops during the pageant weekend. The skills learned throughout the pageant weekend will not only help contestants excel in pageant events, but will also help the participants in life, no matter what they choose to do.

Miss Illinois United States and Miss Illinois United States Teen will enjoy a year of fashion modeling, print work, state and national appearances, public speaking, meeting celebrities, and much more, along with the opportunity to compete at the national pageant for the title and awards of Miss United States and Miss United States Teen.

Miss Illinois United States and Miss Illinois United States Teen will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the national Miss United States and Miss United States Teen national pageants, where participants will compete for the national titles as well as a $40,000 college scholarship and a brand-new 2005 Ford Mustang, among many other prizes.

Miss Illinois United States and Miss Illinois United States Teen will also receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Cabo, San Lucas, where they will be photographed for the Ujena Swimwear catalog, and an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas, Nev., where they will have a photo shoot with top photographer David Dale and autograph signing with Freeze Frame/Camone International.

The girls will also receive a one-year representation modeling contract with Total Image Modeling Agency and free portfolio shoots for one year with Total Image Modeling Agency staff photographers, as well as a one-year representation modeling contract with SaraMia Models and Talent and a portfolio shoot with SaraMia Models and Talent staff photographer, plus more.
