State Rep. Bill Mitchell has announced winners of the
General Assembly Scholarship. Caleb Whitson has been awarded a
one-year scholarship to attend Western Illinois University to study
agriculture. He is the son of Matt and Lisa Whitson of Mount
Pulaski.
