Dear Editor: Tuesday night the community of Lincoln was given a
night to remember with the Carson & Barnes Circus performances at
the Logan County Fairgrounds. We'd like to thank Carson & Barnes for
the impressive, wholesome entertainment they provided and the people
of Logan County who attended.
Special thanks goes to Chris Graue and Graue Inc. for partnering
with Zion Lutheran School in bringing the circus to town. Thanks
also to co-sponsors IGA and Wal-Mart and the many businesses that
sold circus tickets. Thanks, too, to the Lincoln Fire Department for
participating in our Flag Day ceremony that day with their flag
display.
Dave Opperman
Circus Committee chairman
