Questionnaire to aid in comprehensive plan strategy         

[MAY 13, 2005]  The Logan County Regional Planning Commission has prepared a simple 20-question community survey. You can copy and print the questionnaire from here. The address to send it to is on the questionnaire.  Click here to open the questionnaire.  (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. )

Surveys are also available at the Lincoln banks. Mount Pulaski and Atlanta will be mailing surveys directly to the residents of their communities.

Completed surveys will be accepted over the next few months. The information that is gathered from the surveys will be used to develop goals for the comprehensive plan.
