[MAY 20, 2005]  NEW HOLLAND -- An overturned truck tractor and refrigerated semitrailer blocked traffic on Route 10 one mile north of New Holland on Wednesday. The driver, Vincent L. Hollis, 44, of St. Louis, Mo., was westbound at 1:50 p.m. when his rig went off the right side of the road. He overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll on its side.

Hollis was transported to St. John's Hospital in Springfield and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The tractor and trailer both sustained damage and were towed from the scene. The partial load of frozen dairy products remained secure.

Illinois State Police, Logan County Sheriff's Department, Logan County Paramedics, Mason County Ambulance, Mason City Police Department and New Holland Fire Department responded to the incident.
