Report cards not to go in mail

[OCT. 24, 2005]  Lincoln Community High School will host parent-teacher conferences on Nov. 8 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and on Nov. 10 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Classes on Nov. 8 will follow a condensed schedule with students being dismissed at 2 p.m. To accommodate conferences, no classes will be conducted on Nov. 10. The LCHS staff and administration hope the split-day schedule will allow parents and guardians to participate in the conferences.

Parents and guardians may arrange appointments with their child's teachers by calling Ms. Renfro at 732-4131, ext. 228, or by having their son or daughter contact her to schedule conferences for them. When calling please give the name of the teacher you plan to meet with and the approximate time of day you will need. Each conference will be 10 minutes in length in order to accommodate as many parents as possible. Please contact Ms. Renfro no later than 4 p.m. Nov. 7 to schedule an appointment.

Parents and guardians may pick up their student's report card on Nov. 8 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. or on Nov. 10 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. If these times will not work out for you, please call Mrs. Zurkammer at 732-4131, ext. 226, to make other arrangements to pick up report cards. Report cards will not be mailed.
