Dear Logan County Board: I am Matthew Barker, a 12-year-old
sixth-grader at Chester-East Lincoln. I was wondering if you, the
city and the state could work together to maybe use the empty
buildings at LDC to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. We
should do everything we can to help.
Matthew Barker
