LCC sports camps         

[APRIL 29, 2006]  Lincoln Christian College has announced its sports camps for this summer. All camps are centered in or around the spacious, air-conditioned Laughlin Center and its new indoor soccer facility, which is scheduled to be ready by the time the camps start. Each camp will stress basic techniques as well as advanced skills of the particular sport.

Along with the individual daily work on drills and skills, each camper will participate in team competition and will be challenged with individual testimonies, Bible study and worship time. Each camper will share a room in the LCC dorms, which can lead to lifetime friendships.

For the cost of $170 each camper will receive a T-shirt and a Fellowship of Christian Athletes Bible in addition to competition for individual awards.

Each camp is led by a varsity coach at LCC, assisted by members of the college teams, graduates and visiting guest instructors.

Basketball

• High school girls -- June 11-14

• Junior high girls -- June 14-17

• Boys grades 6-12 -- June 18-21

Baseball

• Boys grades 5-12 -- June 25-28

Softball

• Girls grades 5-12 -- June 25-28

Soccer

• Girls grades 5-12 -- June 28-July 1

• Boys grades 5-12 -- June 28-July 1

Volleyball

• Junior high girls 1 -- July 9-12

• Junior high girls 2 -- July 12-15

• High school girls -- July 16-19
