[DEC. 7, 2006]  Wayne Lolling and Tom Zurkammer were honored Wednesday night at halftime of the Lincoln Christian College men's basketball game for their years of officiating, not only at Lincoln Christian College but throughout central Illinois.

Lolling was honored by the LCC Athletic Department for his 40 years of consistent and fair judgment in basketball and baseball officiating. Zurkammer was honored for 35 years of superior officiating on behalf of LCC basketball and baseball.

Both men retired from officiating several years ago, and the Athletic Department felt honor was long overdue for these two men who gave themselves willingly to advance sportsmanship and fair play in basketball and baseball and were willing to take games at Lincoln Christian College in both lean and good years.
