Comedy night at Lincoln College      

[FEB. 2, 2006]  WLNX is going to make you laugh. The Lincoln College radio station is planning a comedy night with comedians Royce Elliott and Mike Dentino at 7:30 on May 19 in the Johnston Center for Performing Arts on the college campus.

John Malone, WLNX general manager and radio instructor at Lincoln College, thinks the evening will provide entertainment for the entire family and, of course, make you chuckle. "Royce Elliott is billed as 'America's cleanest comedian' and has appeared in other venues alongside big-name entertainers," Malone said. "Mike Dentino is a veteran of the central Illinois comedy circuit and performs regularly at many Midwestern locales, including Chicago."

Tickets are $10 per person and the seating is open. Tickets went on sale Wednesday, and reservations can be made by calling [phone], ext. 280. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

The evening of comedy will benefit the broadcast education courses at Lincoln College.
