Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. Her
funeral will follow at 11 a.m., with Greg Wooten
officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery,
Lincoln.
Mrs. Rohlfs was a homemaker.
She was born May 8, 1927, in Lincoln to Russell
and Margaret Sims Smith. She married Robert Dale
Rohlfs on July 27, 1945, in Lincoln. He preceded her
in death.
She is survived by five daughters, Cheryl (and
Bill) Roy of Beason, Diana (and Greg) Steimle of
Fairbury, Donna (and Marty) Bolter of Fairbury, Mary
(and Jhan) Roberts of Downs and Lisa (and Mark)
Basala of Melvin; one foster daughter, Cindy (and
Chuck) Harrel of Forrest; three sons, Bob Rohlfs of
Springfield, Michael "Mitch" (and Ann) Rohlfs of
Lincoln and Bill Rohlfs of Maryville, Tenn.; two
sisters, Mary Wheeler of Lincoln and Kay (and Phil)
Renner of Pekin; one brother, Robert (and Bonnie)
Smith of Monticello; 20 grandchildren; and 22
great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and
her stepmother, Sara Page Smith, who raised her; one
brother; and one sister.
She attended the First Church of the Nazarene in
Lincoln.
Mrs. Rohlfs loved her children, grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Church of the
Nazarene.
