McLean.
Mrs. Orr was the proprietor of The
Shed in Stanford until its closing in 1994.
She was born March 21, 1933, at
Casey Creek, Ky., to Clifford Roland and Delmar
Mandy Osborne Barr. She married Russell L. Orr on
May 7, 1950, at Stanford.
She is survived by her husband; four
daughters, Shirley (and Barney) Potts of Manito,
Brenda (and Artie) Horath of Stanford, Sherri Gaston
(and Irvin Figgins) of Toledo and Paula Morrow of
Clinton; two sisters, Toni Hawkins of McLean and
Mildred Funk of Marseilles; four brothers, Millard "Smitty"
Barr of Marseilles, Herbert Barr of McLean, Eugene "Nitzi"
Barr of Bloomington and Jimmie Barr of Waynesville;
16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one
son, three brothers and one grandson.
She was a member of the McLean
Church of God.
Mrs. Orr enjoyed gardening and
flowers. She was an avid card player and loved her
four poodles.
