A memorial service will be at 10
a.m. Wednesday at the McLean Christian Church, with
Maurice Stribling officiating. Visitation will be
one hour prior to the service.
Her body will be cremated.
Quiram Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.
Mrs. Davis was a homemaker.
She was born Aug. 20, 1929, at
Bloomington to James and Florence Brown. She married
John W. Davis on July 30, 1950, at Streator.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her
husband; eight children, Sharon Rose (and Gene)
Sears of Rockvale, Tenn., John W. (and Bev) Davis of
Bloomington, Diane (and Randall) Dupin of
Waynesville, Rick Davis of Bloomington, Brenda Lee
(and Tim) Bertram of Lexington, Ronald (and Becky)
Davis of Heyworth, Millard (and Shelly) Davis of
Smyrna, Tenn., and Bobby Davis of Watertown, Tenn.;
one sister, Edith Smith of Bloomington; 20
grandchildren, including Michelle and Chris Morrow
of Lincoln; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one
daughter, Anne Marie Horath; two brothers; and one
sister.
