Dear Editor: I just wanted to say thank you for providing bit of
"home" to my daughter serving with the U.S. Marine Corps in Iraq.
She often reads the Lincoln Daily News and tells me, "I
know," when I try to update her with what's going on in Lincoln
these days.
If we have to send our young people to another land for whatever
reason, how wonderful it is that through today's technology they can
keep in touch with home whenever they want.
Thank you for all your efforts and for such a fine "Web paper!"
They are truly appreciated!
Sincerely,
Gail Rawlins
A Marine's mom and proud of it! Semper Fi!
