[NOV. 27, 2006]  ATLANTA -- Mary Imogene Lovin, 76, of Atlanta died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, at 11:20 a.m. at her home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. Her funeral will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at visitation at the funeral home, with the Rev. Oscar Owens officiating.

Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.

Mrs. Lovin retired from Lincoln Developmental Center, where she had been a mental health technician.

She was born Dec. 24, 1929, in Mount Vernon to Guy Richard and Ethel May Pugh Bravard. She married Charles Lovin on Oct. 15, 1948, in Mount Vernon, and he preceded her in death March 13, 1996.

She is survived by one daughter, Barb (and Bobby) Cisco of Atlanta, one brother, Ray Bravard of Mount Vernon; one sister, Sharon Fradelos of Mount Vernon; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Charles Thomas and Billy Gail Bravarad; one son, Charles Richard Lovin; and one daughter, Brenda Spivey

She was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Lincoln and formerly a member of the Moose Lodge in Mount Vernon

Memorials may be made to the March of Dimes.
