Virginia Kuehl

[April 30, 2007]  LAWNDALE -- Virginia May Kuehl, 76, of Lawndale died Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at 9:05 p.m. at Maple Ridge Care Centre in Lincoln.

A memorial service for Mrs. Kuehl will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 30, at the Lincoln Southern Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dennis Shaw officiating.

No visitation is scheduled.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kuehl worked for Eaton Corp. in Lincoln.

She was born Sept. 17, 1930, in Decatur to Emmett O. and Susie Marie Hoffman Cravens. She married Albert Kuehl on July 10, 1971.

She is survived by her husband, of Lawndale; one daughter, Lori A. Kuehl of Lawndale; four stepdaughters, Patty Maton Burns, Barb Chandra, Sandra Mate and Susie Ferguson, all of Springfield; two stepsons, Michael Kuehl and David Kuehl, both of Springfield; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Oyler of Decatur.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, four brothers and one grandchild.

Memorials may be made to the family.
