First-place men's softball team

[August 07, 2007]  The team from Goodman's Trucking & Excavating and Knollenberg Real Estate took the first-place trophy for the regular season of Lincoln Park District's men's softball. They finished their season with only one loss and 14 wins.

Second place went to McEntire's, with Fifth Street Food Mart/C & C Cycles/Eaton in third. Old Joe's, Bright Idea and Christian Village/IGA rounded out the final standings.

Tournament play has begun and is scheduled to finish with the championship game on Wednesday evening at Lincoln Park District.
