[August 22, 2007]  MOUNT PULASKI -- Irma R. Rupp, 93, of Mount Pulaski died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, at 8:20 a.m. at Vonderlieth Living Center.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church in Mount Pulaski, with the Rev. Mark Drews officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.

Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery.

Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski is handling arrangements.

Miss Rupp was employed by the state of Illinois at the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Revenue before she retired.

She was born July 5, 1914, in Mount Pulaski to George and Emma Michael Rupp.

She is survived by three nieces, Joanne Behrendt of Mount Pulaski, Phyllis Burson of Bethesda, Md., and Carol (and Richard) Pape of Brookfield, Wis., and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Two sisters, Helen Biesemeier and Mildred Rupp, preceded her in death.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Mount Pulaski.

She graduated from Gregg Business School in Chicago.

Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or School in Mount Pulaski.
