College coach William McCullum earns master's degree at United
States Sports Academy

DAPHNE, Ala. -- The United
States Sports Academy is pleased to announce the graduation of
William McCullum of Lincoln, Ill. McCullum earned a Master of Sports
Science in sports coaching from the academy during its annual
graduation ceremony.
McCullum is the men's head basketball coach and men's head golf
coach at Lincoln College.

Past United States Sports Academy graduates include Greg McDermott,
Iowa State University head basketball coach; Mike Leach, Texas Tech
head football coach; Dennis Lindsey, assistant general manager of
the San Antonio Spurs; Steve Hawkins, Western Michigan head
basketball coach; Jeremy Cox, University of Kentucky assistant
basketball coach; Jeff Mittie, Texas Christian head women's
basketball coach; Lynn Wheeler, University of Texas associate
athletics director; and Michael Santos, Nashville Predators director
of hockey operations.
The United States Sports Academy, "America's Sports University,"
is an independent, nonprofit, accredited, special-mission sports
university created to serve the nation and the world with programs
in instruction, research and service. The role of the academy in
higher education is to prepare men and women for sport professions.
The United States Sports Academy is accredited by the Commission
on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to
award the Bachelor of Sports Science degree (Level II), the Master
of Sports Science degree (Level III) and the Doctor of Sports
Management degree (Level V).
