To the editor: Thank you for the article titled "City: Truancy
Ordinance Tabled With No Discussion." I appreciate your coverage of
this issue. The related links to the county ordinance that passed,
the state of Illinois public act allowing for municipal ordinances
on truancy, and past letters to the editor are very helpful in
keeping all informed and allowing all access to the necessary
information and facts involved.
